Danielle Imbody Cmp

Danielle Imbody, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Danielle started their career at Tomkinson Chrysler-Dodge as a Body Shop Assistant Manager, where they achieved preferred account status with major insurance agencies and significantly increased shop productivity. Danielle then joined Mike Raisor as a Fixed Operations Manager, where they successfully led the service, parts, and body shop departments.

Moving on to Catalina Marketing, Danielle held various executive roles, including Executive Director of Business Innovation, Executive Director of Product Support and Contact Center, and Executive Director of Client Service and New Business Development. In these positions, they focused on enhancing the customer experience, implementing process automation, leading key projects, and managing teams.

Most recently, Danielle worked at Kobie Marketing, where they initially served as a Senior Account Executive for VerizonUp customer loyalty program, addressing customer pain points and developing reference materials for customer service agents. Danielle was then promoted to Associate Vice President, leading the Kobie contact center and transforming it into a profit center with improved customer satisfaction scores.

Throughout their career, Danielle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Danielle Imbody, CMP has a strong educational background in leadership and organizational studies. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership Supervision and Psychology from Purdue University. In 2016, they furthered their education by completing a Transformational Leadership Certificate program at Georgetown University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Danielle has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2016, they became a Lean Leader & Green Belt through BMGI. Danielle later obtained the Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2018. Most recently, in August 2020, they obtained the Embodied Leadership Core certification from the Strozzi Institute.
