Frank Moyer

Frank Moyer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Currently serving as CTO at Kobiton since January 2018, Moyer previously co-founded and led Wingman App as CEO from January 2014 to December 2020. Moyer contributed to the growth of startups as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at ATDC, coaching CEOs from Select companies, and achieved significant business turnaround and acquisition success as President & CEO at GeoIQ and EzGov. Over a decade at Accenture, Moyer advanced through multiple roles, culminating in senior management positions. Moyer holds a BA and BS in Computer Science and Economics from Columbia University and graduated from Deerfield Academy.
