Victor Ikpe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at Valuefronteira Ltd, where they conducted strategic business studies and provided support to senior research staff. In 2011, they joined Diageo as a KD Sales Executive, responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with wholesalers, and ensuring operational efficiency. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Perfetti Van Melle Nigeria, focusing on business development and distribution set-up. Victor then served as a Logistics Manager at Mac & Crystal Nigeria Limited from 2017 to 2018, overseeing port and logistics operations. Currently, they are employed at Kobo360, initially as an Accounts Receivable & Billing Team Lead, then as a Finance Operations Manager, and currently as the Lead of Credit Control & Collections. In these roles, they managed clients' payments, reconciled invoices, and ensured smooth waybill operations. Victor holds an MBA as well as certifications in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and International Trade & Logistics Specialist (CITLS).

Victor Ikpe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Victor further pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the same university, completing it from 2012 to 2014. In 2019, Victor obtained a certification as a Certified International Trade Logistics Specialist from Dunlap-Stone University in Arizona, USA. Additionally, they have obtained several additional certifications, including Transformational Leadership from Alison - Empower Yourself in June 2022, Start Up School Future Founders from Y Combinator in December 2020, Basics of Distribution and Logistics from the Association for Supply Chain Management in October 2020, and a Certificate of Completion as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from MUHAKAT INSTITUTE in August 2020. Victor also participated in a program on the Impacts on supply network, digital innovation, and preparing for the new normal, receiving a Certificate of Participation from the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) in June 2020. Furthermore, they are recognized as a graduate by the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), which they achieved in October 2011.
