Victor Ikpe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at Valuefronteira Ltd, where they conducted strategic business studies and provided support to senior research staff. Victor also participated in a program on the Impacts on supply network, digital innovation, and preparing for the new normal, receiving a Certificate of Participation from the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) in June 2020. Furthermore, they are recognized as a graduate by the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), which they achieved in October 2011.
