Jennifer Fendrick

Jennifer Fendrick currently serves as the Director of Public Policy at KoBold Metals, a role assumed in March 2024. Prior to this, Fendrick held the position of Senior Critical Minerals Advisor at the U.S. Department of State from July 2023 to March 2024, leading critical minerals initiatives for the Bureau of Business and Economic Affairs. Fendrick's prior experience includes roles as Senior International Relations Officer at the Bureau of International Labor Affairs, where responsibilities involved research on Worst Forms of Child Labor in sub-Saharan Africa, and serving in various capacities at the U.S. Department of Labor. Additional roles include Academic Specialist at the Africa Center for Strategic Studies and Research Associate at the National Defense University. Fendrick holds a Master of Arts degree from George Mason University and has educational background from Reed College.
