Faye Horsman

Faye Horsman is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & HR at Kobre & Kim since April 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations and global recruitment for legal and business professionals. Previously, Faye held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition at Slaughter and May, Senior Recruitment Manager at DLA Piper, and Head of Talent at Schillings, where contributions involved building recruitment functions and implementing best practices in talent acquisition. Early career experiences include senior positions in recruitment at Linklaters, JP Morgan, and Anson McCade, complemented by a foundational role as an Aquarist at the London Aquarium.
