Sean Buckley

Sean Buckley is a legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and public service. Currently serving as a lawyer at Kobre & Kim since April 2018, Buckley previously held several positions at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York from February 2009 to April 2018, including Co-Chief and Deputy Chief of the Terrorism & International Narcotics Unit, as well as Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division. Prior to that, Buckley was a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from September 2003 to February 2009. Buckley holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master’s Degree in History from the University of Virginia Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Classics from Princeton University.
