Mikael Christensen has extensive experience in IT support roles, having worked for various companies such as Købstædernes Forsikring, Landbrug & Fødevarer, Maersk Oil, and Topdanmark - Forsikring og pension. Mikael's responsibilities include Level2 support, PC installation and replacement, hardware replacement, printer and mobile device support, manual software installations, and training new employees. Mikael has also been involved in setting up Helpdesk/Servicedesk systems for improved PC support. In addition to their IT roles, Mikael has previous experience in sales support, coordination, and customer service.
