Bulent Kilic

Bulent Kilic is an experienced academic and professional in the field of psychology and organizational behavior. Serving as the Dean of Students at Koç University since September 2010, Bulent also functions as a Senior Consultant and Trainer, overseeing training and development projects for both Koç Group and external corporations. Previously, Bulent held the position of Dean of Students and Associate Professor of Social Organizational Psychology at Yeditepe University from September 2019 to June 2023. Bulent's earlier roles include Instructor at Koç University and faculty member at Yeditepe University, alongside a position as Senior Trainer at HTA Consultancy, where extensive training was provided to personnel in finance and aviation sectors. Bulent holds a Master of Arts in Social & Organizational Psychology from Boğaziçi University, a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Marmara University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hacettepe University.
