Sinem Coleri is a Professor at Koç University since February 2020, specializing in the design of innovative wireless communication systems through theoretical analysis, experimentation, and simulation. Current research interests include 4G and 5G mobile wireless technologies, energy harvesting wireless networks, cyber-physical systems, intra- and inter-vehicular communication networks, as well as machine-to-machine communication networks and wireless channel modeling. Previously, Sinem served as Chief Scientific Advisor and Board Member at AMBEENT, and held various academic positions at Koç University, including Associate and Assistant Professor. Research experience spans roles as a Research Scientist at Pirelli/TelecomItalia, Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, and Consultant at Sensys Networks, among others. Sinem holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University.
