Walker Hess has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Walker began their career in 1995 at Koch Minerals & Trading, where they served as an Analyst in Supply and Distribution before being promoted to Marketing Manager for Sulfuric Acid and then to General Manager for Sulfur Trading and Distribution. In 2000, they joined Cargill as a Business Analyst in Strategy and Business Development, and later became a Project Team Leader and a Business Development and Commercial Manager for Fermentation. In 2006, Hess returned to Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC as the Managing Director for Koch Nitrogen International. Walker then held several roles within the company, including Director of UAN Trading, Vice President of International Business, and Senior Vice President of Energy Trading. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC.
Walker Hess attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with a specialization in Finance, General.
