Charles Blocksidge

Charles Blocksidge is the Vice President of Global Compliance and Environmental, Health & Safety at Koch Engineered Solutions, where they lead a team in strategic support of global businesses by fostering a culture of compliance, safety, and environmental stewardship. With twenty years of experience in both private legal practice and in-house counsel roles at Koch, Inc., Charles has developed extensive expertise in regulatory counseling, internal investigations, and multi-national transactions. Their career began as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, followed by positions at Blank Rome LLP and INVISTA, culminating in various roles at Koch that enhanced their focus on compliance and ethics. Charles holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
