Brittany Nash Herbert

Brittany Nash Herbert serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at Koch Industries since November 2023, following a tenure as Senior Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from March 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included drafting pretrial motions and managing discovery. Prior experience includes roles at Krevolin & Horst, LLC as an Associate assisting charter schools, and judicial clerkships at the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana, where research and order drafting were key duties. Brittany's early career involved work as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office and a family law intern, complemented by teaching experience with Teach for America and a Fulbright ETA Grantee position.
