Lisa Murray has extensive experience in various roles within customer service and process improvement in logistics and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Engineer at Koch Logistics since December 2004, Lisa collaborates with multiple departments to procure material handling equipment and temporary labor for customer construction projects, focusing on tailored solutions. Previously, Lisa worked as an Auditor at Telemanagement Inc from 2002 to 2005, where responsibilities included auditing telecom invoices for billing inaccuracies and conducting on-site evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities. Earlier in their career, Lisa provided secretarial support at Early Childhood Intervention from 1999 to 2002 and managed accounts receivable and payables while brokering freight at Motorvation Inc from 1989 to 1998.
