James Benoit

James Benoit has held various roles throughout their work experience. James started their career in 2007 at Shorebank Corporation as a Program Support and Prospector. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Weatherization Specialist at Community Action Team Inc, where they conducted energy audits on client homes. In 2010, they joined Fogg Electric Inc as a Chief Estimator, focusing on lighting efficiency calculations and project coordination. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Distribution Center Manager at meesh and mia, overseeing QA, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Since 2014, they have been at Kochava, starting as a Technical Account Manager and progressing to roles such as Account Management Team Lead, Manager of Technical Partnerships, Senior Manager of Product Operations, and ultimately Director of Sales Engineering. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing API integrations, partnering with major companies like Facebook and Google, leading internal projects, building and training teams, and providing technical support and guidance to clients.

James Benoit attended Humboldt State University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree in International Studies. During their time there, they focused on studying Spanish Language, International Cultural Studies, and Geography. In 2008, they briefly attended Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, where they pursued language and cultural studies at the School of Language.
