The leadership team at Kochava has a history of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on marketing and operations. They have held positions at Oracle, Datalogix, Coldwater Creek, and App Annie, among others. They also have experience on the board of directors for the Mobile Marketing Association and Litehouse Inc. Most of the team has a marketing background, with degrees from the University of Idaho, Pepperdine University, and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
