Kavita Sarin

Kavita is a Partner in the New Delhi office of the Firm. She has over 17 years of experience in the field of litigation & alternate dispute resolution, handling diverse arbitration, civil suits and corporate commercial litigation including insolvency matters.

She regularly represents multinational and Indian companies (including leading Public Sector Undertakings) in an array of matters before various Arbitral tribunals and courts including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, District courts and various statutory tribunals in Delhi.

Kavita has rich experience in advising clients on aspects related to alternate dispute resolution process in India, execution of an arbitral award, enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in India, interim relief in domestic arbitrations and arbitrations seated outside India, recovery of debt under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code etc.
