Reena Khair

Reena is a Senior Partner in the Firm's Delhi Office and has over 25 years of professional experience. She primarily practices in the areas of customs, anti-dumping, safeguard, anti-subsidy, GST, FEMA, Foreign Trade Policy, and Export Promotion Schemes.

Reena has extensive litigation experience and has appeared before the Supreme Court, High Courts, CESTAT, Directorate General of Trade Remedies, and Departmental authorities. She has represented Indian Industry as well as foreign producers and exporters, in anti-dumping / safeguard / anti-subsidy investigations. She has also handled these disputes at the appellate level.

Reena has advised various multinationals on issues ranging from classification under the Harmonized Commodity and Coding System, related party transactions, drawback, Special Economic Zones, scope of intermediary services under Service Tax and GST, transitional credit, anti-profiteering.
