Vikram Bajaj

Vikram Bajaj is a Joint Partner in the Litigation Practice at the New Delhi office of the Firm. He has over 17 years of diverse experience in litigation and alternate dispute resolution. He has been engaged in providing a wide spectrum of services to both corporate houses as well as individual clients in areas including civil law, company law, arbitration law, constitutional law, criminal laws amongst others.

Vikram has been regularly appearing and arguing matters on behalf of various clients before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Consumer Forums, Company Law Board, Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction and its Appellate Authority and District Courts.

Vikram had also successfully handled matters for several sugar mills pertaining to issues relating to sugar laws and complex labour issues etc. His experience also encompasses litigation relating to IPR violation including trade mark infringement, copyright infringement and other IPR matters.
