Douglas Reid

Douglas Reid serves as the Senior Service Transformation Manager at Kocho, where responsibilities include leading service transformation initiatives for major clients, consolidating services, and enhancing service delivery. After the acquisition of Mobliciti in October 2022, Douglas transitioned to Head of Operations at Kocho, overseeing 24x7 Managed Services support teams in the UK and South Africa. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations and Security at Mobliciti, managing customer operations at Datapipe Europe, and various technical support roles at Attenda, CP Ships, Computacenter, and HM Forces. Douglas holds multiple educational qualifications, including completing courses at the Chartered Management Institute and Global Knowledge.
