Roger Byrd

Roger Byrd is currently serving as the General Counsel, Secretary, and Senior Vice President at Eastman Kodak Company since April 2015. Prior to that, Roger worked as a Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP from October 2008 to April 2015. Roger graduated from Duke University School of Law in 1990.
