Ted Steans

Ted Steans is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. At Eastman Kodak since September 1997, Ted serves as Director and Vice President of HR for Film Photofinishing & Entertainment Imaging, contributing to the senior leadership team and overseeing HR functions company-wide. Prior to this, Ted spent over 21 years at Johnson & Johnson as Plant Manager for Ethicon, Inc., managing a large-scale manufacturing operation with a substantial budget and responsibility for strategic planning and supply chain performance. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Tuskegee University, earned between 1968 and 1972.
