Mike Alvarado

Mike Alvarado has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mike co-founded Kodda in 2020 and serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at moneypool from February 2020 to August 2020. Before that, they held two roles at Softtek: Software Engineer from May 2019 to February 2020, and SWE Momentum from December 2018 to May 2019. Mike also gained experience as a Software Development Intern at MSIGHTS from August 2018 to December 2018.

Mike Alvarado has a diverse education history. Mike attended Y Combinator in 2021 and is an alumni of the program. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2014 and 2019. Mike completed their high school education at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2011 to 2014, focusing on Multicultural Education. Mike also had the opportunity to study abroad at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2012, specializing in Arts and Culture. In 2013, they participated in a study abroad program at Peking University, where they focused on Organic Chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Mike Alvarado has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Softtek. Furthermore, in 2017, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master™ I certification from Scrum.org.
