Sabour Huml

Sabour Huml has over 18 years of work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Since January 2020, Sabour has been serving as the VP of People & Culture at Koddi, where they are responsible for implementing organizational strategies and leading the People & Culture team. Prior to that, Sabour worked as a People Ops Leader at PMG Advertising Agency from December 2017 to January 2020. From September 2007 to December 2017, Sabour was the Senior Director of Global HR Business Partner at Sabre, where they supported key HR initiatives globally and partnered with business and leadership teams for strategic execution. Sabour also gained experience in recruiting at Nationstar Mortgage in 2007 and worked as a Sales Support Team Lead at Houghton Mifflin from July 2006 to June 2007. Sabour started their career at Petdata in 2002, focusing on training and development, as well as managing accounts.

Sabour Huml obtained a HR Certificate from The University of Dallas between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, between 2000 and 2004, Sabour pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas. The major area of study was Family Studies, while the minor was Behavioral Analysis.
