Felix Hemmerling

Felix Hemmerling is the Co-founder, CEO & Chairman at kodehyve. Felix has also previously worked for companies such as Luxinnovation GIE, Finologee, Banque de Luxembourg, and Startup Chauffeur. In their role at kodehyve, Felix is responsible for leading the company and its team to success. Under their guidance, kodehyve has become a leading player in the FinTech/RegTech space.

Felix has a wealth of experience in both the financial and tech industries. Felix began their career at EY, working in the advisory department. Felix then moved to KBI Global Investors, where they worked in portfolio management. In 2015, they joined ABBL as a FinTech Communications Specialist.

In 2016, Felix co-founded Univize, a startup that developed a platform to help universities manage their data. Felix served as the COO of the company until it was acquired by Luxinnovation GIE in 2018. After the acquisition, Felix stayed on with Luxinnovation GIE to work on the F4S Accelerator program.

In 2019, Felix left Luxinnovation GIE to join Finologee as a FinTech/RegTech Product Manager. Felix then moved to Banque de Luxembourg in 2020, where they took on a similar role. In 2021, they returned to kodehyve as Co-founder, CEO & Chairman.

Felix Hemmerling has a degree in International Business & Operations Management from the Singapore Management University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin. Felix also has certification from Luxinnovation GIE in both F4S Graduate and Univize. Lastly, they have certification from Bloomberg LP in Bloomberg Market Concepts.
