Aloke M.

Aloke M. has a wealth of experience in engineering, maintenance, and product design and development. Aloke began their career in 2006 as an Intern at Oilgear Towler Polyhydron Ltd., where they completed their final year project and in-plant industrial training. In 2007, they took on roles at Cipla as a Maintenance Engineer and OMP s.r.l. (India) as a Product Design & Development Engineer. From 2011 to 2022, Aloke worked for Caterpillar Inc. as an Autonomy Systems Research Engineer and a Sr. Engineering Project Team Lead, where they were responsible for hardware bringup and integration for perception, software integration for perception and planning, autonomy subsystem validation, new product introduction, development of electronic pump control strategies, machine work cycle development, design of testing procedures, operator interaction and data analytics, and concept development and testing. Aloke is currently employed as a System Engineer at Kodiak Robotics.

Aloke M. attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2010 to 2012, where they received a Master of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
