Information Technology Support Engineer at Kodiak

Carlos Lara has been working in the Information Technology field since 2016. In 2016, they began working at VMware as an IT, Endpoint Services Engineer, where they were responsible for receiving, configuring, deploying, and tracking all IT end user devices in the North American region. Carlos also managed all hardware through the entire lifecycle. In 2018, they began working at UST as an Information Technology, Infrastructure Analyst. At UST, they worked face-to-face with employees of all levels and provided resolutions and workarounds to ensure the least amount of downtime as possible. Carlos also provided strong technical support in MacOS and Linux distributions such as CentOS and Ubuntu. In 2022, they began working at Kodiak Robotics as an Information Technology Support Engineer.

Carlos Lara has attended Los Medanos College and holds an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in April 2021.
