Devin Brown has worked in the technology industry since 2014. Starting as a Repair Technician at A to Z Wireless, they then moved to Apple, where they held the roles of Technical Expert and Technical Specialist from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became an Assistant Manager at uBreakiFix. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Bento Delivery as Senior Manager, Delivery Logistics & Customer Service and Team Lead, Delivery Logistics, where they acted as standing manager on duty to resolve customer and employee inquiries, managed real-time operational efficiency of delivery routing and driver schedules, and verified accuracy of delivery driver cash handling upon route completion. In 2022, they became a Software Quality Operations Specialist at Nuro, and in 2023 they moved to Kodiak Robotics as a Software Quality Triage Specialist.
Devin Brown is currently enrolled at Evergreen Valley College, where they are working towards an AA-T in Communications, which they expect to complete in 2022.
