Lauren Gearhart

Lauren Gearhart has a wide range of work experience, beginning with their role as an Enrollment Counselor at the University of Phoenix in 2009. In 2010, they were an Educational Recruiter at ITT Technical Institute. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Business Development Manager and Recruiter at Volt Workforce Solutions. In 2017, they founded and acted as a Recruiting Professional at Mighty Talent Group. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Walmart Global Tech, as well as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Gigamon. Lauren is currently a Sales Recruiter and Insurance Team Lead at American Income Life: AO, and will soon become Manager, Talent Acquisition at Kodiak Robotics.
