John Oja

John Oja has a diverse work experience in the eCommerce and customer service fields. John started their career at Voile Manufacturing as a Customer Service Manager from October 2015 to March 2017. John then moved on to Kodiak Cakes, where they held various roles in the eCommerce department. John was a Sales Support Analyst from April 2017 to January 2019, followed by an eCommerce Support Manager from January 2019 to January 2020. John then progressed to the role of eCommerce Manager from January 2020 to January 2021, and further advanced to become a Senior eCommerce Manager from January 2021 to August 2022. Currently, they work as an Associate Director of eCommerce at Kodiak Cakes, focusing on driving profitable growth and expanding the company's marketing strategies.

John Oja attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a degree in Operations Management and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a focus on Operations Management.
