Vasudha Ghosal

Vasudha Ghosal has extensive experience in the IT industry, holding various managerial and leadership roles in different companies. Vasudha is currently serving as the Director of Business Applications at Kodiak Gas Services, LLC since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of Business Applications at CSI Compressco LP from August 2021 to April 2022.

From December 2015 to August 2021, Vasudha worked as an IT Manager at TETRA Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for designing mobile/web application architecture for the organization on an enterprise level. Vasudha provided vision and direction to the organization and played a key role in defining system and application architecture.

Before joining TETRA Technologies, Vasudha worked at Penske Truck Leasing for over a decade, starting as a Senior Systems Analyst and progressing to the role of IT Manager, Enterprise Solutions. In this role, they delivered IT solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and capability for Penske Logistics and its clients.

Vasudha also worked as a Senior Systems Developer at Cleveland Municipal School District from November 2002 to June 2004.

Vasudha's career began as a Senior IT Consultant at WhittmanHart from 2000 to 2002 and as an IT Consultant at Satyam Computers from July 1998 to January 2000.

Vasudha Ghosal completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research. Vasudha then went on to pursue a Postgraduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster from SCRUMALLIANCE in 2008 and as a PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in March 2008.
