Preston Kelly

Preston Kelly, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Education and Customer Education Leader at Kodiak Solutions, starting in October 2023. Prior roles include Healthcare Customer Education Leader at Crowe, where Preston developed a comprehensive customer education program for healthcare technology solutions from December 2021 to October 2023. At Michigan Medicine, from April 2016 to December 2021, Preston was Training Manager, overseeing design projects and leading a cross-functional team to enhance software training effectiveness. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Instructional Designer, Adjunct Faculty at Wayne State University, and Instructional Design & Organizational Development Coordinator at Riverside HealthCare. Preston's early career involved managing learning technology initiatives at MidMichigan Health and achieving a strong educational foundation with a Ph.D. in Learning Design & Technology and other degrees in Instructional Technology and Health Care Management from Wayne State University and Northwood University.
