Javier Ruiz

Javier Ruiz is an accomplished professional in chemical development and manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of Chemical Development and Manufacturing at Kodiak Sciences since September 2021. Prior to this role, Javier held significant positions at Polyphor Ltd as a Senior Technical Drug Substance/Drug Product Leader, at Lonza as a Senior Process Development Chemist, and at Senn Chemicals AG, where Javier led peptide development efforts. Javier's career began at Novartis as a Peptide Development Chemist. Javier holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a Master’s degree in the same field from Universitat de Barcelona.
