Pablo Velazquez-Martin is the Vice President of Clinical Research and Translational Medicine at Kodiak. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Medical Affairs - Ophthalmology at Bayer from January 2014 to July 2018. Pablo was responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with primary and metastatic ocular tumors, as well as ophthalmic conditions related to cancer elsewhere. Pablo also participated in phase I-II clinical trials. From July 2011 to December 2013, Pablo worked as an Ocular and Medical Oncology Fellow at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Here, they were responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with primary and metastatic ocular tumors, as well as ophthalmic conditions related to cancer elsewhere. Pablo also participated in phase I-II clinical trials. Prior to this, they worked as a Retina and Vitreous Subspecialist at Conde de Valenciana Ophthalmology Institute from February 2006 to June 2011.

Pablo Velazquez-Martin attended the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico - Faculty of Medicine, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
