Amanda Ng currently serves as an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line, a role started in January 2024, after progressing through multiple positions at The Walt Disney Company since March 2019. Previously, Amanda held the position of Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator, managing over 100 Cast Members at Disney's Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon while fostering a strong teamwork culture. Amanda's experience includes supporting operational integrations as an Operations Integration Intern and coordinating logistics for large-scale events as a Competition Coordinator. Amanda began with The Walt Disney Company as a participant in the Disney College Program from February 2017 to August 2018 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
