Benoît Tourral

Ben Ostrander, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as a Consultant at PCI Government Services LLC since June 2023, Ben has previously held project management roles at Craneware and Carilion Clinic from July 2022 to June 2023 and May 2016 to July 2022, respectively. Additional project management experience includes positions at JPI and Integrated Federal Solutions, while earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Senior Consultant at Integrated Federal Solutions and as a Financial Analyst at BAE Systems. Starting the professional journey as a Management Consultant at BDO USA, LLP, Ben holds a Master’s degree in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bridgewater College.
