John Haluck

John Haluck is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in trucking and general liability defense. Since December 2018, John has operated as a retired attorney and counselor at law. As a partner and trial attorney at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP since November 2010, John leads the trucking and general liability defense practice in the Sacramento office of the firm, which is recognized for its expertise in construction defect lawsuits and civil liability defense for insurance companies and government entities. Additionally, John has served as panel counsel for several major insurance companies in Northern California since 2003, including Travelers Insurance Companies and Northland Insurance Company. John holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University.
