Peter Dye

Peter Dye is a Partner at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck since July 2013, previously holding the same title at Selman Breitman from February 2002 to June 2013. Peter specializes in insurance coverage matters, including general liability policies and aviation claims, with a focus on bad faith litigation, extra contractual disputes, and contract interpretation. Expertise includes representing both primary and excess carriers in complex insurance litigation, particularly in the areas of construction defects and general liability. Peter earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School from 1995 to 1998 and holds a BA in History from UCLA, where studies commenced in 1991 and concluded in 1994.
