Alberto Almanza Venegas

Alberto Almanza Venegas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alberto has held positions such as Project Director and Project Manager at Koelnmesse GmbH, where they worked from 2022 to present. Prior to that, they served as a Business Development Manager at Presidencia de la República de Colombia from 2021 to 2022, where they successfully implemented and developed the commercial area, achieving significant business growth. Alberto also worked as a Business Consultant at UNDP – United Nations Development Program from 2021 to 2022, where they played a pivotal role in structuring commercial and marketing strategies for various companies, resulting in successful business expansion and increased profits. Alberto has also served as an Operations Manager at NIDO - W&S SAS and Sushi Rail SAS, where they effectively managed operations, implemented marketing strategies, and achieved significant sales growth. Additionally, Alberto's experience includes working as a Consultant in Franchise Model Development at Propaís - IDB, where they successfully developed and implemented the commercial and operations structure for numerous franchises. Alberto has also held various positions at Propaís, including Manager of Academic Events and Sales Manager for the Compre Colombiano Program. Throughout their career, Alberto has consistently demonstrated their ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and optimize project resources.

Alberto Almanza Venegas has a diverse education history. In 2009, they attended Instituto Gato Dumas, where they pursued a degree in Bars and Restaurants Management and Installation, focusing on FoodService. Later, from 2015 to 2018, Alberto attended Politénico Grancolombiano and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration. In 2021, Alberto furthered their education at JICA, where they acquired knowledge in Tourism Promotion and Marketing, specifically in Administración/Gestión hotelera.

In addition to their formal education, Alberto has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skill set. In July 2022, they received a Scrum Master certification from Udemy, and in August 2022, they obtained another Scrum Master certification from Netxus University. Most recently, in September 2022, Alberto obtained a Project Manager certification from Google.
