Brent Schumacher

Brent Schumacher, the President, joined Koelsch Construction in 2006. Since then, Brent has guided Koelsch Construction in its expansion into new markets and endeavors which now include a multitude of projects throughout 8 states.

Brent has over 30 years of nationwide construction management leadership in projects ranging in scope from $1 million to over $60 million. His experience includes the oversight of all phases of construction which include: project inception, project management, estimating and pricing, project safety, and daily operations.

Brent’s experience and commitment to his work have made him an invaluable asset to the Koelsch Construction team. Koelsch has a bright future of growth with his leadership.
