Amy Cochran-Osborn has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Amy started their career as a Research Assistant at Liveabled.com, Dr. Richard Edlich, where they maintained files and records of ongoing research projects and liaised with researchers nationally. Amy then worked as a Director of Community Relations at Emeritus at Fisher's Landing Assisted Living, where they managed community relations for the facility. Amy then joined Care Management Associates as a Referral Associate, where they developed client relationships and coordinated appointments for clients with prospective communities. Amy then moved to The Hampton and Ashley Inn- A Koelsch Community as a Director of Community Relations, where they identified prospects, implemented communication plans, and achieved high conversion rate ratios. Currently, Amy holds the position of Regional Director of Sales at Koelsch Communities, where they oversee multiple communities, leads sales momentum, and trains and mentors the sales team to achieve sales targets using key performance indicators and best practices.
Amy Cochran-Osborn earned an Associate of Arts degree from Clark College in 2009. Amy subsequently attended Portland State University, where they completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Arts and Letters in 2013. Amy majored in Communication, with a dual focus on General and Pre-Med studies.
