Jonas Berndtsson

Jonas Berndtsson is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Vice President People and Culture at Koenigsegg Automotive AB since September 2024. Previously, Jonas held the position of Global HR Director at AAK from October 2016 to September 2024, and VP HR EMEA at Nederman from May 2011 to October 2016, overseeing HR responsibilities for the EMEA region and focusing on succession planning and leadership development. Jonas also worked as Nordic HR Director at Euromaster, where responsibilities included establishing a Nordic organization and governance model. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Stora Enso and a Major in the Swedish Armed Forces. Jonas holds a degree from Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University, completed between 1996 and 1998.
