Zach Horn

Zach Horn currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Kofile since March 2025. Prior to this role, Zach held several positions at Iron Mountain from May 2016 to March 2025, including Senior Director, Head of Global Sales Enablement, where a significant expansion of the sales enablement program was achieved, and Director of Sales Effectiveness. Zach began their career at Recall from November 2009 to May 2016, advancing from Sr. Regional Sales Manager to Director of Sales Force Effectiveness. Earlier experience includes roles at Ricoh Americas Corporation, serving as Area Sales Manager and Sr. Account Executive. Zach earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Trinity University between 1999 and 2003.
