Christian Renners

Christian Renners has a strong background in various leadership and management roles in different industries. Christian is currently serving as the CEO of Kögel Trailer GmbH since October 2021. Before that, they were the CEO of VOSSLOH Fastening Systems GmbH from July 2015 to September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Geschäftsführer Vertrieb (CSO) at Sumitomo (SHI) Demag - Spritzgießmaschinen from April 2007 to June 2015. Christian Renners also has experience as a Plant Manager at KOSTAL Group from July 1999 to March 2007. Christian started their career as a Technical Sales Manager at Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Plastics Machinery North America, Inc. from January 1996 to June 1999. Christian also worked as a Sales & Application Engineer at BASF from January 1994 to December 1995.

Christian Renners attended RWTH Aachen University from 1988 to 1993 where they completed a degree in Maschinenbau, earning the title of Dipl.Ing. Christian then pursued further education at IESE Business School from 2005 to 2006, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management. Prior to their university studies, between 1986 and 1988, Renners attended LG Berufsschule Hanau where they acquired a degree as a Facharbeiter Maschinenschlosser.
