Amna Hamza

Amna Hamza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amna is currently the Director Project Management at Kognic since May 2023. Previously, they held positions at Kognic as the VP Data Delivery from July 2021 to May 2023, Team Lead Data Delivery from October 2020 to June 2021, and Data Delivery Manager from March 2019 to October 2020. Before joining Kognic, Amna worked as a Business Developer at Kognic from September 2018 to February 2019.

Amna Hamza is also a Co-Founder of Women in Tech Gothenburg, where they served from September 2016 to January 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Project Assistant at CIP Center for Intellectual Property from July 2018 to September 2018 and as a Consultant - Intern at Bergenstråhle & Partners from February 2018 to May 2018.

Amna gained experience as an Innovation Consultant at GU Ventures from August 2017 to January 2018, focusing on Intellectual Property and business development strategy for IoT solutions. Amna also worked on a project related to innovative business solutions in the area of Heart Failure treatment process.

Amna Hamza has further internship experience, including a role as a Data-driven Business Models and Business Strategy Intern at Philips from July 2017 to August 2017. Amna also served as a Co-founder and Intellectual Property Consultant at LS Advice from October 2016 to January 2018.

In addition, Amna worked as an Intellectual Property and Legal Advisor for Entrepreneurs at One Stop Future Shop, where they focused on integrating immigrants and social entrepreneurs into Swedish society by providing advice on intellectual property, business development, and legal issues.

Prior to their professional career, Amna took a break from work to focus on childcare from 2013 to 2015.

Amna Hamza obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of London. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Creation and Entrepreneurship with a focus on Intellectual Capital Management at the University of Gothenburg from 2016 to 2018.
