Eduardo Zylberstajn

Eduardo Zylberstajn's work experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Kognita Lab since September 2017. Eduardo worked as a consultant and later became the Head of Research and Innovation at Fipe from September 2005 to March 2020. Eduardo also served as an investor/advisor at TissueLabs, an angel investor at Typcal, and a member of the advisory board at Instituto Strabos, all starting in 2020. Additionally, they co-founded DataZAP in September 2016 and worked as a professor of Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas from October 2011 to December 2018. Eduardo started their career as a derivatives trader at Banco ItauBBA from December 2004 to August 2005.

Eduardo Zylberstajn earned their B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP in the years 2000-2004. Eduardo then pursued further education in the field of Economics and obtained their M.S. degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2008-2010. Continuing their academic journey, they completed their PhD in Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2011-2015.
