Jenelle Boucher holds a Master of Science degree in Management Sciences, which they obtained from the University of Waterloo between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Louisiana State University from 1995 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication.
