Jerome Joseph

Jerome Joseph currently serves as the Vice President of Global Support at Kognitos, a position held since March 2024, where the focus is on enterprise GenAI for business automation. Prior to Kognitos, Jerome held various leadership roles at Cohesity from May 2016 to April 2024, notably as CTO of Customer Experience, where responsibilities included enhancing partner relationships and driving CX GenAI initiatives, as well as serving as Vice President of Global Support, contributing to the company's recognition in the Gartner MQ. Previous experience includes significant roles at Nutanix, Cisco, Texas Instruments, and CMC LTD, with accomplishments such as leading global support teams, receiving multiple awards for performance, and fostering customer satisfaction and innovation in technology. Jerome holds a BE in Electronics and Communication from PSG College of Technology and has obtained multiple technical certifications, including CCIE and VMware certifications.
