Alex Van De Sompele

Alex Van De Sompele has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Sales Consultant role at Office Depot in 2011. In 2016, they moved to Best Buy, where they held a Sales Consultant role and developed expert knowledge in technology. In 2018, they took on a Co-Founder and Speaker role at Younique, where they conceptualized and strategized for cultural transformation, coached, gave public speeches, and created content. In the same year, they also became a Head Barista at The Broker Coffee Roastery, where they opened and closed the shop, dialed in new coffee recipes, and assisted in the roasting process. In 2019, they worked as a Coffee Shop Manager at Mega Cafe, where they administrated day-to-day activities and built relationships with long-term customers. Alex also held a Media and Communications Manager role at The CEO Magazine Global, where they drove the growth of the brand and business throughout Europe and interviewed C-suite executives.
