Courtney Librizzi Marline

Courtney Librizzi Marline has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Starting in 2014, they were a Zip Lining Instructor and Course Guide at Tree to Tree Adventures. In 2016, they were an Editorial Intern at both Thames & Hudson and Hodder Education, a Content Team Member at Big Clever Learning, a Marketing employee at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc, and an Editor/Writer as a Freelance employee. Since 2017, Courtney has been employed at Kognity, where they have held the roles of Head of User Engagement, Senior User Engagement Manager, and Project Manager. In their most recent role as User Engagement Manager, they have been creating customer success initiatives for product adoption and retention, as well as working with product teams to drive development based on customer feedback and needs.

Courtney Librizzi Marline completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English (Editing, Writing, and Media) and History and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Florida State University between 2011 and 2015. Courtney then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Publishing from UCL in 2016.
