Lokesh Nigam

Lokesh Nigam has a varied work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lokesh is the Founder Director of Kognoz Research & Consulting, a technology-driven people consulting firm that specializes in solving complex business problems related to human resources and human capital management. Lokesh is also the Chief Executive Officer of Konverz AI, a revolutionary conversational intelligence tool. Additionally, Nigam is a Board Member of GreenLungs.in and was a Founder Partner at Kairos Research and Consulting LLP under the Great Place to Work Institute (India). Lokesh has also held leadership positions at companies such as Adyant Consulting, Aon Hewitt, PwC India, KPMG UK, and ECS Private Limited. Nigam started their career as Manager - HR at Arvind Mills.

Lokesh Nigam is currently pursuing an EFPM degree in Organization Behavior Studies at XLRI Jamshedpur, starting in 2018 and expected to complete in 2024. Lokesh previously completed an MBA-HR degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University. Prior to that, they obtained a BE degree in Electronics and Communication from Bhopal University. Lokesh also has a B.Tech/BE degree from the Naval College of Engineering, Indian Navy.
